Merryn and Steve's B'day 05/02

Yet another of the biggest nights I've ever had (Happy Birthday to Steve and Merryn for last Tuesday and Wednesday!)

Like so many other successful nights, the Australian men begin by attempting to make it touch the roof.

You'll never guess who was the birthday girl.

Getting shouted a shitload of drinks on your birthday seems to be a global thing.

This bar is known for being one of the 'worst' in Ottawa, but any place that serves beer and has a disco ball is alright by me.

Hubert, a usually quiet and reserved chap from Leeds, decided to liven the place up a little by dishing out a small but brutal 'dance-floor-slapping' to Anne who was only too willing to oblige.

Hubert gets the recognition he deserves for his brilliant work.

After Tim lost a glasses lens, and consumed his 50th beer his vision wasn't quite right...

Like so many other successful nights, proceedings concluded with a guitar session where we somehow know every word and every chord to every song.

Merryn keeps the night going with a nip of vodka back in Leeds...

Joel got convinced to get paritially nude by two lovely ladies who may or may not have just been booted out of a strip club for getting up and 'dancing' themselves...
